Can I play MYNT golf balls at official tournaments?
Yes, all our balls are USGA and R&A certified. You can find the balls in the list (PDF) of conforming golf balls published by both associations. The balls comply with the current golf rules in terms of construction, weight and diameter.
What does MYNT stand for and what does it mean?
MYNT stands for MY Next Temptation.

Can I also customize my balls on two poles?
Yes, but the order must be sent by e-mail to service@myntgolf.com. There is a surcharge of €5 (net) per dozen.
Which printing method is used for personalization?
We generally use digital UV printing. Here it is possible to print logos, lettering and even photos or images on your golf balls. Thanks to our special, innovative process and the pre- and post-treatment of the golf balls, we have managed to make the printing so durable that it is in no way inferior to pad printing. This is demonstrated by the consistently positive customer reviews.
However, we can also offer pad printing on request, but this is more cost-intensive and requires more lead time. We will be happy to provide you with a separate quote for this. Please contact us by e-mail at service@myntgolf.com.
How long does it take to personalize my golf balls?
We usually print your golf balls within 2-3 working days (Monday - Friday). We then hand over your order to one of our shipping service providers.
Can I cancel or return an order for personalized balls?
The right of withdrawal and return does not apply to personalized products. Please understand that customized products cannot be returned, as these products were made especially for you and can no longer be sold to other customers.

Can I cancel my order?
You have the normal legal revocation options with us. You can find everything about this in our refund policy in the revocation section.
However, there is no right of return or withdrawal for personalized products.
Can I return my order free of charge?
No, we want to reduce packaging materials and shipping routes to a minimum. That's why we want our customers to order carefully and only order the things they really need. In order to avoid creating an incentive for the typical online buying behavior of ordering several items for inspection and then sending one item back, customers have to pay the return shipping costs themselves.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping within Germany is always free of charge, and within the EU you pay no shipping costs for orders over €50. For orders under 50€ only 5,90€.
Shipping within Europe to non-EU countries is free of charge for orders over €100. Below that you pay €12.90 shipping costs.
We ship free of charge to the USA and Canada for orders over $150. If the order value is less, you pay $19.90 for shipping.
International shipping to other countries costs €39.90, if your country is approved for MYNT GOLF orders in the checkout.
